Do I need a business license to start?

No. You can start with GrowVai today. Many of our sellers register their business after they hit consistent orders.

What payment options can buyers use?

Buyers can pay via gateway checkout (where enabled), cash on delivery, InstaPay, bank transfer, or your own payment link — funds go to you, not GrowVai.

Is Arabic fully supported?

Yes. Full RTL layout, Standard Arabic and Egyptian Arabic storefront copy, and Arabic templates from day one.

What guidance do I get after signup?

The in-app seller playbook walks you through first product, payment setup, sharing your storefront, and handling your first order — step by step in the dashboard.

Is the free tier really free?

Yes. Free stays available as a free starter. It is intentionally limited so active shops move up when they need more room, but it never expires.

Does GrowVai process buyer payments?

No. GrowVai bills sellers for the platform via subscription billing. Your customers pay you directly — gateway, cash on delivery, bank transfer, InstaPay, or your own payment link. We never hold your GMV.

Is GrowVai a marketplace?

No. GrowVai provides storefront and order tools for independent sellers. Each seller runs their own store, sets their own prices, and collects payment directly from buyers. GrowVai is not a marketplace and does not handle payments between buyers and sellers.

Does GrowVai send WhatsApp messages for me?

No. You can follow up with buyers from Orders, including opening a WhatsApp draft — GrowVai does not send WhatsApp messages for you.

What happens after a buyer taps order?

GrowVai records the request in your order desk. You confirm stock, delivery, and payment with the buyer before fulfilling it.
